BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings
  • All activities other than practice sessions do need
    to be pre booked

  • Bookings can be made by telephone or in person.

  • All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking.

  • All major credit and debit cards (apart from AMEX) are accepted. Cheques made payable to the Alpine Snowsports Aldershot can be accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card.

  • Alpine Snowsports reserves the right to alter prices and revise or cancel lessons should circumstances so dictate.

  • A non refundable deposit may be accepted with certain bookings however, Alpine Snowsports reserves the right to cancel such reservations without refund where the outstanding balance remains unpaid after the stipulated time given.

  • Youth groups, schools and company bookings requiring an invoice will be required to complete a booking form and normal cancellation rules (see below) will apply. Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to the first session.



Alterations to bookings

If you need to alter your booking in any way please contact our reception as soon as possible. Bookings altered with less than 7 days notice will incur an alteration fee.


Cancellations
  • With at least 14 days notice of full or part cancellation, customers will be given a FULL REFUND. With between 7 and 13 days notice of cancellation, a FULL CREDIT will be given. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be given.

  • On occasions where Alpine Snowsports deem it unsafe to ski or snowboard, an alternative date will be offered for your session.

*This refers to 15% of the total value of the original booking.


What you should wear:

Gloves, long sleeves and full-length trousers must be worn at all times when skiing/snowboarding/blading/Donutting. Knee length socks are recommended for comfort, if skiing or snowboarding. Hard hats must be worn by children 6yrs and under for any of our activities, and by children 16yrs and under if Donutting.


Important Information – For School Groups Only - Skiing or Snowboarding:

Please could you provide us with a list of all the pupils/children who will be attending, along with details of their height and weight. This will help us to speed up the process of kitting up the children for their lesson. Attached is a pre-printed form for your use, or if you would prefer we can email an electronic version to you.
