SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES

Throughout school holiday periods we offer junior ski and snowboard courses and Do-nut sessions. We also offer all day activity days and three day activity camps

School Holiday Fun Camps

These sessions generally run during the summer period
(May – September). We offer two different options depending on age:

SUMMER HOLIDAY THREE DAY ACTIVITY CAMP
ONE DAY ACTIVITY CAMP
MINI ACTIVITY SESSION

Three Day Camp:

Activities will start at 9.15am although a member of staff will be available for an early drop off from 8.30am. These sessions are for children aged 9 - 16years and are open to all levels If you need to drop your child before 9.00am please let us know at the time of booking. Please collect your child at 5pm!

This camp will consist of skiing, snowboarding, donutting, balance/agility games and team challenge.Day 1 will be based around skiing, day 2 will be based around Snowboarding and day 3 will be a combination of activities finishing with a fun race. All children will be issued with an award card to plot their progress and presented with a certificate at the end of the camp. During the day they will be fully supervised by a qualified instructor. Drinks will be supplied throughout the day, lunch is not included but can be pre booked at a cost of £4 per head this will include a sandwich, crisps, fruit and ice lolly

One Day Camp: 5 GREAT ACTIVITIES

The day will consist of skiing, snowboarding, donutting, balance/agility games and team challenge.During the day they will be fully supervised by a qualified instructor. Mini Activity Day: 3 GREAT ACTIVITIES INCLUDING COLD DRINKS

This 2 hour session will consist of Skiing Sledging and Donutting and is aimed at children aged 5 - 8 years all activities are fully supervised by qualified instructors. During this session a parent or gardian must remain on the premises at all times

Sessions will only run if a minimum number of bookings are reached. All equipment is supplied but please ensure you bring gloves, long sleeves & trousers & a hard hat (cycle helmet etc) if you have one. Please contact reception for more details.

Pre-booking is required and payment in full is required at time of booking.

School Holiday Ski Courses

These sessions are available throughout most school holiday periods (except the summer - see activity days). Available at four different standards from beginner onwards. Children of 8 and over can attend. Each session is three hours in duration. The level 1 course is 3 hours of tuition and all other levels are two and a half hours of tuition and half an hour of supervised practice.

School Holiday Beginners Snowboarding Course

These courses are available throughout most school holiday periods and will introduce youngsters to the basic skills of riding a snowboard. Minimum age is 10. All equipment is included within the cost. This course consists of two 2-hour sessions either all in one day or over two days.

Do-nuts

If you’re looking for FUN look no further! Do-Nuts are large inflatable rings that can be spun and linked together as they slide down the hill. It's fast, furious & fun!!
Do-nuts are available every day although pre booking is required. All sessions are fully supervised and suitable from 4 years of age upwards and yes..that includes adults! Maximum number is 28 on each session.
Please note: Long sleeves, long trousers, gloves and cycle helmets are required for this activity. The ski centre has a selection of helmetsavailable for use if required.
